So yesterday I started thinking about all the fitness myths I myself have debunked, I am going to shortly comprise a long long list.
In the mean time check this out:
Every now and then I try to have a day where I eat more then I usually do. This day usually falls on a weekend or a holiday, and occurs no more then 3 times a month. I have been trying to stay cut for the summer parties so I have not been having a thyroid shocker day, and I feel I have lost to much weight I was down to 183 before the weekend. So I treated myself to some cheesecake factory and it was amazing.
Now you may consider this a “cheat” day where I am “cheating” on my “diet”. Diet is not a term I like to use, because it has become common thought that you can go OFF your diet once your ON it.
This OFF and ON dieting is what leads most diets to disaster.
So get rid of the term “diet” and start saying that your just eating a bit healthier.
Having a day where you let loose is a good thing, your body gets used to the way your eating and will adjust. This can lead to a weight loss plateau, so every now and they you should shock your body with an adjusted calorie intake. And Hell you deserve it for working your ass off so hard in the gym and sticking to a cleaner healthier way of eating all week.

No amount of cleaning can wipe away the pesticides because the pesticides are grown with the produce. To avoid these “Obesogens” and pesticides simply buy the organic versions of the above produce.

After my 7:00 am run, oatmeal with skim milk, 1/2 tbs organic
peanut butter, 1 scoop chocolate designer whey protein and a sliced banana.
Estimated calories: 500
Lunch is an organic peanut and cashew butter sandwich, on a whole wheat martins slider bun with sugar free jelly. And an orange on the side.
Estimated calories: 550
Mid day snacking on raw almonds 300 cals
Post workout: a shake with breyers fat free yogurt, scoop of ON whey protein, banana and frozen blue berries.
Estimated calories: 350
Dinner, pork chops over quinoa
Estimated calories: 500
Midnight snack, milk with a scoop of ON cookies and cream casein protein.
Estimated calories: 200
There it is a days worth of eating fitting around 2400 calories of foods that are going to work for me.
Don’t forget more then a gallon of H2O!
