Today was a No Carb Day, I was dreading it… But it honestly was not so bad. For breakfast I ate an omelet with turkey peperoni and part skim mozzarella cheese over some steamed spinach. For Lunch I ate a salad with roasted ham, turkey and a hard boiled egg. For snacks I ate about a cub 1 1/2 of almonds and for Dinner I made a Extra large salad with 10 oz of grilled chicken. Tomorrow is a low carb day with my favorite workout of the week… pushups!
